Cold Outreach! A joint event was held at the TENGO office with the IT Sales & Marketing community and Skademy alumni.
The TENGO office in Minsk became the venue for a vibrant and dynamic gathering of professionals in IT sales and marketing. An open meetup event was held here, organized in partnership with the IT Sales & Marketing community and alumni of Skademy — a school actively developing expertise in IT sales across the CIS market.
The main topic of the meetup was cold outreach — a complex but essential tool in every sales professional’s toolkit. How do you build a strategy that actually works? Where is the line between being intrusive and offering a personalized approach? How can you get a response in today’s noisy digital space? These and other questions sparked a lively discussion among the participants.
Speakers and guests of the event shared:
up-to-date tools and techniques for cold outreach;
examples of successful (and not so successful) case studies;
real-world experience working with Western markets.
Special attention was given to real results and key metrics: what counts as success, how to measure effectiveness, and which indicators truly matter.
A separate part of the event was dedicated to networking and experience sharing. The cozy atmosphere of the TENGO office encouraged relaxed conversations, trend discussions, collaborations, and possibly the birth of future joint projects.
