A top-floor apartment in the ‘Parus' skyscraper — a completed project by TENGO Studio — was spotlighted by Onliner
The Onliner portal published an article about an apartment in the Minsk skyscraper ‘Parus’, whose design and execution were carried out by our TENGO studio. We're excited to share the details of this project, which captured the attention of a wide audience and was highly praised for its thoughtful layout and modern approach to residential design.
General Project Information
The project involves an apartment located on the top floor of the residential complex Parus. The total living area is 96.3 m², with an additional 135 m² terrace. The property was purchased by a private client for $610,000.
TENGO’s task was to create a functional and aesthetically balanced space that meets the high expectations of the owners.
Architecture and Layout Solution
The apartment has a semi-radial shape, reflecting the architectural lines of the building's facade. The interior space was conceptually divided into two zones:
  • On the left: a guest room (which can be transformed into a nursery) and a bathroom;
  • On the right: a kitchen-living area, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
The main focus of the design was on the panoramic glazing, offering stunning views of the city, and the spacious terrace, which is seamlessly connected to the interior through the living room exit.
Finishes and Interior Solutions
The interior features high-quality natural materials such as veneer, wood, and decorative stone. Key aspects of the project include:
  • Hidden engineering solutions;
  • Multifunctional columns that combine zoning and aesthetics;
  • Integration of a partition with kitchen furniture and decorative cladding;
  • A bedroom with decorative panels, floating nightstands, and a walk-in closet with sliding glass doors;
  • A main bathroom with a window and greenery elements;
  • A guest bathroom in green tones with contrasting black fixtures.
Project Implementation Stages
The project took 17 months to complete, covering all stages from design and approval to the final finishing work.
During the process, certain challenges arose due to the technical specifics of the top floor and the approval of changes to the building's engineering systems.
The average cost of the project’s implementation was approximately $1,200 per square meter.
Results
The project generated significant interest, and its publication on the Onliner portal confirmed the relevance and quality of our work. The TENGO team thanks the clients for their trust and open communication throughout all stages. We continue to work on projects where functionality, architectural precision, and a personalized approach to each space remain our key priorities.
