Our company, "Tengo group," is proud to announce its participation in the IV Retail & Developer Forum, which was held with the mission of creating a synergistic effect between retailers, developers, and investors. The forum served as a unique platform for exchanging modern knowledge, technologies, and best practices, contributing to the formation of a unified information environment and strengthening partnerships in the market.

During the forum, our experts, Alexander Rudovich, Director of "Tengo group", and Yulia Romanenko, the company’s lead architect, delivered a presentation on the timely topic: "Global Trends in Office Design: Inspiration and Implementation in Belarus." This presentation garnered significant interest from forum participants, as modern office design is not just a matter of aesthetics but also a crucial tool for enhancing business efficiency, creating a comfortable environment for employees, and strengthening corporate culture.

The modern office is no longer just a place to work. It has become a space where employees can communicate, spend time, and meet with colleagues. The hybrid work model, which combines remote and in-office work, is gaining increasing popularity. At Tengo group, we design office spaces that support this model by creating zones for collaboration, relaxation, and focused work.

We create a variety of collaboration zones, such as agile rooms, coffee points, brainstorming areas, and focus rooms. These spaces help employees switch between tasks, find inspiration, and work more productively.

In our projects, we pay special attention to in-between places — areas where employees can relax, socialize, and recharge. These may include kitchens, gaming zones, smoking areas with workspaces, and meeting points such as Coffee Points or Herbal Tea & Matcha Bars.

We create rooms dedicated to the physical and emotional well-being of employees: yoga rooms, massage cabins, wellness clubs, meditation rooms, and relaxation spaces. This helps maintain a balance between work and personal life.

In their presentation, Alexander Rudovich and Yulia Romanenko emphasized the importance of not just copying global trends but adapting them to the specifics of the Belarusian market. We showcased examples of successful projects, such as the Wargaming Futuris office and the GLOBANT office, which were implemented with local characteristics and client needs in mind.

Participation in the Forum, which took place on November 28, 2024, was an important step for Tengo group in strengthening partnerships and exchanging experiences with leading market players.
