Our home, our office, our project

There’s no doubt that a strong team is the key to success. But we also believe that a motivating office environment plays an equally crucial role in any business. After four long months of isolation, we’re excited to finally leave our home offices behind and return to our brand-new space.

We’ve missed each other, and we’re ready to settle into our new home, collaborate, laugh, and welcome guests!

Opening a new office during the pandemic was a bold move for Tengo. The current situation undoubtedly presents a challenge for everyone in the market, as we must adapt to evolving work styles and new safety protocols.

Our "live" office space allows clients to experience and test various models firsthand, feel the comfort of the workstations, and explore the tactile qualities of fabrics from our partner manufacturers, including Herman Miller, Narbutas, Bejot, and MDD, as well as furniture from our own production.

Our office is a flexible, constantly evolving space where we experiment with new materials, solutions, and technologies. Two floors of a creative workshop, where some generate ideas and others bring them to life. Every detail, from the carpet flooring, solid wood stairs, glass partitions, and metal frame on the second floor to the graffiti on the wall, has been crafted by our own hands.

The Tengo office offers workspaces for both individual and team collaboration. Height-adjustable desks, standard meeting rooms, and standing areas for quick discussions. The icing on the cake is our cozy kitchen with a terrace and a soft nook for a short break or afternoon nap. A healthy and inspiring work environment is essential for the productivity of creative teams.
