Prototype-office, the place where experiments never stop

Today, no one doubts that a great team is the key to success. But we are convinced that a motivating office is an equally important part of any business. The long four months of isolation are finally over, and we returned from home offices straight to our new office. We missed each other, and are ready to bring live to our new home, create, laugh and meet guests!

It was a bold step for Tengo to open a showroom during the Covid-19 pandemic. There is no denying that the current situation is a real challenge for all market players, as we have to adapt to the emerging new work style and safety requirements.

The "live" exposition gives our clients the opportunity to test models, feel the comfort of workplaces and the tactile qualities of fabrics from our partner factories: Herman Miller, Narbutas, Bejot, MDD, as well as furniture of our own production.

Our office is a flexible and constantly changing space where we experience with new materials, solutions and technologies. Two floors of a creative workshop, where some people generate ideas, while others implement them. Every detail from the carpeting, solid wood stairs, glass partitions and the metal frame of the second floor to the graffiti sketch on the wall we have made ourselves.

At Tengo office you will find workspaces for both personal and teamwork, height-adjustable desks, standard meeting rooms and stand-up areas for quick discussions. The icing on the cake is our cozy kitchen with a terrace and a soft niche for a short rest or an afternoon nap. A healthy and inspiring work environment is a must for the productivity of creative teams.
